We’re AiGILE. Are you?

We are living through the most important shift in business since the Internet.

AI is changing the rules faster than most businesses can keep up. The organisations that will thrive are not the ones that move the most cautiously — they're the ones that move with the most intelligence. That means being agile. And increasingly, it means using AI to be agile. We call that AiGILE.

The Age of Aigile

There's a useful irony in where we find ourselves.

The pressure on businesses to be faster, leaner, and more adaptive has never been greater. And the technology driving most of that pressure? AI. But here's the thing: AI is also the single most powerful tool available to help you respond to it.

In other words, AI is both the reason you need to be agile — and the means by which you get there.

That dual reality is at the heart of everything we do at AiGILE. We are AI, and we are Agile. We are AiGILE.

We're not here to sell you on AI in the abstract, either. We're here to help you use it, practically and profitably, in your business, in the right way, right now.

Who We Are

AiGILE was founded by Colin Cardwell, a technology leader with over 30 years of experience — more than 25 of them spent building digital products for some of the world's most recognised brands.

Colin founded 3RD SENSE in 2001, growing it into one of Australia's leading digital product studios. Over more than two decades, 3RD SENSE created over 400 games and published more than 50 applications across every major platform, working with brands including McDonald's, Cochlear, Pfizer, HSBC, Intel, National Geographic, Nickelodeon, Nissan, AMP, Bayer, Coles, and Jetstar — among many others.

This wasn't cookie-cutter work. It was complex, creative, high-stakes software development for organisations that demanded quality, precision, security, and genuine innovation. Projects that had to work first time, at scale, for millions of users.

That background matters. It means that when AiGILE talks about technology, we're not drawing on theory. We're drawing on a track record that's been earned project by project, client by client, over three decades.

Why AiGILE?

After 25 years of watching technology transform industries, the arrival of practical, accessible AI felt like a genuine inflection point. Not hype — a real shift in what's possible.

But what became clear quickly was that most mid-sized businesses were struggling to make sense of it. Not for lack of interest. For lack of a credible, structured path forward.

There were plenty of people talking about AI. Far fewer who could actually help a business move from conversation to implementation — and fewer still who understood both the technology and what it takes to get an organisation to adopt and sustain change.

AiGILE was built to fill that gap. A consultancy that brings genuine technology depth, a practical adoption framework, and the people skills to make change stick.

Our approach is built on three pillars — Strategy, Technology, and People — because real AI adoption requires all three. Get the strategy wrong and you chase the wrong problems. Get the technology wrong and you build things that don't last. Get the people side wrong and nothing gets used. We address all three, in sequence, and in proportion to what your business actually needs.

The Network

Thirty years in technology means thirty years of relationships.

AiGILE is backed by a carefully curated network of senior specialists — strategists, developers, change managers, data scientists, and sector experts — built and tested over a long career. These are professionals who have delivered in the real world, for real organisations, under real pressure.

When your project needs a specific capability, we draw from that network rather than stretching a generalist team beyond its competence. It means you get the right expertise for the right problem, every time.

What We Measure

Talk is cheap. That's why we built the AiDOPTION Scorecard — a proprietary measurement framework that gives businesses an honest, structured view of where they actually stand with AI adoption, and a clear path forward.

It's the starting point for everything we do. Because before we recommend anything, we want to understand your situation properly.
