Automations and integrations
Ready to go full automation?
Automations that work across your business can be complex, but done well, can make the biggest productivity impact on your business. They free your people from boring, repetitive and mistake-prone activities and let them focus on things that will make a bigger impact on the business and that they’ll probably enjoy more.
Why you need to start automating
Chat and other tools for individuals really can help your people perform better, as individuals. You really start realising the potential of AI when you redesign the way you work, connecting your existing software tools and using agents to make decisions, and only involving people when it is absolutely necessary.
The introduction of AI agents and complex automations across multiple software tools does require careful thought and consideration. And that’s where we can help.
What can be automated?
Integrations
Your existing tools and systems connected, so information moves between them without retyping: your CRM, finance, HR and the rest.
Workflow automation
Work that follows the same steps every time, run on its own: an invoice filed, a record updated, a reply sent.
AI automations
AI that takes routine work off people’s desks: handling enquiries, reading documents and drafting replies, with people checking where it matters.
AI agents
For work that needs judgement case by case: given a goal, an agent works out the steps itself, within limits you set.

Where do you start?
With The Automation Plan. We work with you to identify the automation opportunities across your organisation, review your data and technology to make sure they’re ready, and estimate the time required, the likely business impact and how much of a priority each one is. This leaves you with a plan you can implement, or we can.
It’s usually easier if we do the first automation for you. We might agree to start with a pilot and then, when it’s proven, help you roll out the full automation.
What shouldn’t be automated?
Work where judgement, accountability or the relationship is the point, and any process nobody has agreed on yet. Automating a muddled process gets you the same muddle, faster.
An automation is worth building when:
- The steps could be written down, and the work happens often enough for the time to add up.
- The same information is typed into more than one system, and mistakes creep in on the way.
- People already agree on how the process should run.
- You know roughly how long the work takes today, so you’ll be able to see the time it saves.

How much does it cost?
We always like to start with something manageable, and because we use AI in everything we do, you’ll probably find we cost a lot less than you might expect. Let’s have a brief meeting about your specific requirements, and then we can let you know the costs.
Do we need an AI agent, or an automation?
It depends on whether you can write down the steps. If you can, an automation is quicker to build and easier to test, and it does the same thing every time. If the work needs judgement that changes from case to case, an agent may be the right choice, with clear limits on what it can reach and a person checking where it matters.
Will it work with the systems we already use?
In most cases, yes: joining up the systems you already have is what integrations are for. Checking your systems and data is part of The Automation Plan, so you know what’s ready before anything is built.
