AI learning for your teams

Are all your people getting the best from their AI tools?

You may have some enthusiasts, sure, but it’s only when the whole team understands the tools and has developed the skills to get the most out of them that your business will really start benefiting across the board.

What AI training would suit your teams?

Hands-on AI workshops

A session for one team at a time, working through their own tasks with the AI tools they already have, so everyone leaves having used AI on real work.

Online learning

Courses your people can take online, at their own pace, about the AI tools they use.

Ongoing AI learning

Short, practical sessions on your people’s own work, as the tools change and as they find new uses for them.

AI Champions

Extra learning and early access for the people on each team who take to AI first, so they can help the colleagues around them.

What about all the free AI learning out there?

Plenty of good AI learning is free, but on its own it’s a pile of links. We pick what fits and set it up for your organisation, your industry and the AI tools your people use.

Would you rather do it yourselves?

The AI Learning Centre in The GAiGE, our AI governance and adoption platform, puts free AI courses, each tool’s own learning and your own resources in one place for your people.

What else would you like to know?

Isn’t one session enough?

It’s a good start, and it shows people what the tools can do. Confidence takes longer: in the Australian Government’s Copilot trial, 75% of participants who received three or more forms of training were confident using Copilot, 28 percentage points more than those who received one form (Digital Transformation Agency, 2024). So we keep the learning going after the first session.

Which AI tools do you work with?

The ones your teams already use, or the ones your organisation has approved, such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude. If you haven’t settled on one yet, that’s worth talking through when we first meet.

What about the people who’d rather not use AI?

Some are wary, and some worry it’s there to replace them. Showing them a tool rarely changes that; understanding why it matters, to them and to the organisation, usually does. That’s change management, and it often runs alongside the learning.

How much does it cost?

We always like to start with something manageable, and because we use AI in everything we do, you’ll probably find we cost a lot less than you might expect. Let’s have a brief meeting about your specific requirements, and then we can let you know the costs.
